Banana Walnut Muffin

Ingredients
Pastry Flour, Whole Grain, Organic, Arrowhead Mills, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.4 cup Sunflower Oil, 0.5 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Egg, fresh, 2 extra large Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) chopped into small pieces
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and keep aside. Puree two over ripe bananas in the blender and add to the egg. Powder the sugar in the blender and add to the egg and banana mix. Now add oil to this and fold in the flour and mix well without lumps. Finally add the baking powder and mix just a little bit. Pour into muffin tray to make 12 muffins. Add chopped walnnuts on top of each muffin. Bake for 15 mins.
