Bacon Cheddar Frittata

* 6 eggs * 1 cup milk * 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/4 teaspoon pepper * 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional) * 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Melt the butter in a small cast iron skillet then remove from heat. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Pour remaining egg mixture on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
