Chicken Chili w/kidney beans

Ingredients
Two pounds of ground chicken breastTwo cans of Ro*Tel tomatoes & green chilisTwo cans of Goya kidney beansOne whole onionTwo bell peppers (any color)Three cloves of garlic
Directions
Brown two pounds of ground chicken. Add onions, bell pepper, chopped garlic and cook till soft. Add two cans of Ro*Tel and two cans of 15.5 kidney beans. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 3/4 cup servings or 6 1 & 1/2 cup servings.
