Ingredients
12 oz - Beef, top sirloin2 cup, diced - Celery, raw1 cup, chopped - Broccoli, fresh1 cup - Peas, fresh1 cup - Snow Peas 2 cup - chopped Broccoli3 cup - Chicken Broth2 cups - Water1 cup - onionSaltPepper
Directions
Chop all ingredients into bite size peices. Add all ingredients to a crock pot. Heat on high heat for 20 min. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

Serving yields 11/2 cups
