Amish Friendship Bread (less oil)

Ingredients
1 Amish Friendship Bread Starter3 eggs1/2 cup canola oil1 c skim milk1 c sugar2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 c flour1 large box instant vanilla pudding
Directions
Grease or butter 2 large loaf pans, pour batter evenly into the pans. Bake for 1 hour. Cool until bread loosens from sides of pan (10 minutes) and turn out onto a serving dish.


*OPTIONAL* Dust the greased pans with half of a mixture of 1/2 c sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon before pouring in the batter. Sprinkle the other half on top of the batter.
