Cheesy potato and beef Cassarole

Ingredients
2 c cheddar and broccoli soup (plain cheddar works too!)1 lb lean ground beef2 c broccoli1.5 c shredded cheddar4 c mashed potatoes6 tbsp chopped onion2 tsp minced garlic1 casserole dish
Directions
Makes 4-1 cup servings.

Brown ground beef; drain. Mix ground beef, soup, broccoli, onion, and garlic. Spray dish to grease. Put down 1 layer meat mixture, then 1 layer mashed potatoes, then top with cheese; repeat once. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes on top are golden-brown.
