Chicken Breast Supreme

1 1/2 c. milk1 extra large egg2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs1 T. dry Italian dressing mixChicken1 c. all-purpose flour1/2 c. bottled ranch dressingSliced cooked hamSliced mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease casserole dish. In shallow bowl,
whisk together milk and egg until well blended. In separate bowl, mix
breadcrumbs and dressing mix. Coat chicken with flour, shaking off
excess. Dip into milk mixture, then into crumb mixture, coating evenly
and pressing crumbs into chicken. Place in baking pan. Bake 45 minutes
or until cooked through. Top each breast half with 1 T. dressing, 1
slice ham, and 1 slice cheese about 5 minutes before taking out of
oven. Remove when cheese is melted.
