meatloaf ground beef

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef4 slices whole wheat bread2 egg1/2 cup tomato sauce or ketchup2 tablespoon of A 1 or other steak sauce2 tablespoon of worsheshire sauce1/4 teas pepper1 onion diced
Directions
put meat in bowl
put bread under tap water till very wet and squeeze out most of liquid and place in bowl with meat
add egg, ketchup, steak sauce, worsheshire sauce, pepper, onion.
Mix with hands (disposable gloves work well)
Put mixture in a 9X 5 loaf pan Bake at 350 for 1 !/2 hours
Let rest for 5 minutes: pour off liquid and throw away drippings. remove loaf from pan and cut into 8 servings
