Zucchini, 3 cup, slicedChopped Tomatoes, 1 cupMorningStar Farms Grillers Recipe Crumbles, 1 1/3 CupSoy-Sation Shredded 3-Cheese Blend 6 ozTomato Sauce, 1 cup 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 2 serving Basil, 4 tbspOregano, ground, 4 tbspOnion powder, 2 tbsp Hain Sea Salt, 1 tsp
Spray large ceramic casserole bowl with olive oil spray
Line bottom of bowl with a layer of zucchini
Sprinkle with about 1/3 of the chopped tomatoes
Sprinkle with about 1/3 of the Grillers Crumbles
Sprinkle with about 1/4 of the Soy Sation Cheese
Sprinkle with about 1/3 of each of the herbs and spices
Repeat for three layers
Pour tomato sauce over casserole
Top with remaining Soy Sation Cheese
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until Zucchini is tender and "cheese" is melted.
