Crock Pot Apple Variations

fresh baking apples, fresh cranberries, apple pie spice, grated orange peel
Directions
Wash and inspect apples and cranberries for blemishes. Core and slice apples (peeling optional). Combine all ingredients in large crock pot. Set on low for approx 6 hours. Makes approx. 8-10 1 cup servings.
