Ingredients
1/4 c pumpkin puree2 T ricotta cheese part skim3 egg whites1 t cinnamon 1/4 t vanilla extract3 drops of stevia1/8 c old fashion oats2 T wheat bran, crude
Directions
mix ingredients well. Then, heat pan and spray with pam. Pour batter into pan and cook until bottom is brown then flip and cook other side until brown.
Serve.
