High Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 cup fat free cottage cheese6 egg whites1/2 cup sugar free breakfast syrup1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
blend all ingredients and pour on hot, non stick skillet using a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Lift skillet and swirl pan to evenly coat skillet. When edges become brown, turn over and continue cooking. makes 16 pancakes.
