Mixed Bell Pepper Salad

2 Red Bell Peppers2 Yellow Bell Peppers2 Orange Bell Peppers6 Green Bell Peppers4 tbsp dried onion flakes, or one medium fresh onion chopped3 packets Knorr Salat-Krönung Dill Kräuter Dressing1/4 cup water4 tbsp Kühne Salata seasoned vinegar dressing
Wash bell peppers, remove stems and seeds, cut into quarters and slice thinly. place into bowl. (To get more evenly sized slices, I usually cut off the tops and bottoms of the peppers and save them to eat as a snack.)
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
While it tastes good if eaten right away, it tastes even better if left to marinate covered in the refrigerator over night.
If the salad tastes a bit sour, add a packet of Truvia.
