Ingredients
Old Fashioned Quaker OatmealEgg whitesSplendaAlmonds Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
Directions
Spray a pan with Olive Oil Spray and pre-heat. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the pan once hot and cook until it bubbles. Flip over for a min and serve with Syrup. Enjoy! Can be without Almonds for lower fat.
