Mashed potato with Butternut squash

1 med. Butternut squash4 small baking potato's Brummel and Brown butter2% Milk
*Preheat oven to 350
Wrap potato's in foil place on baking sheet, cut squash in half, remove seeds, wrap fleshy side in foil then place face down on same baking sheet. Put in over for approx. 1 hour.
Using an icecream scoop, scoop out flesh of squash put in mixing bowl.
Cut up potato's into cubes leaving skin on (or slice potatos lengthwise and use scoop to remove potato flesh), add to mixing bowl.
Add butter, milk, then mash. Salt and Pepper to taste
Make's approx 4- 1cup servings
