Southwestern Turkey Roast

1 Tbsp of fresh minced parsley1 Tbsp of fresh oregano or 1 Tsp of dried1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice2 Tsp of vegetable oil3 garlic cloves minced1 1/4 Tsp of salt1 Tsp of chili powder3/4 Tsp of ground cumin1/2 Tsp of pepper3 pound 6 ounce Turkey Breast
Preheat oven to 350
Combine parsley, oregano, lime, oil, garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin, and pepper.
Loosen skin from turkey and rub with herb mixture. Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours until turkey is cooked through.
Remove skin and slice!
Serving = 4 ounces of Turkey Breast
