Meatloaf (with French's Meatloaf Seasoning Mix)

Ingredients
1 pkg. French's Meatloaf mix1/2 C. skim milk1 egg2 lb. lean ground beef (93% lean)8 oz. can Hunt's no-salt tomato sauce
Directions
1. Combine mix, milk and egg in a large bowl. Add ground beef and mix well.

2. Lightly press into a 8.5x4.5 inch loaf pan, or form in a shallow baking dish (I make a loaf shape in a brownie pan so it is shorter, wider and cooks more thoroughly in the middle.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until done. Note: When there are 20 minutes of bake time left, pour the tomato sauce over the top of the loaf, then finish baking.

    love the taste of French's Mix - but out so found recipe to make my own mix :In plastic bag combine 2tsp Dried Mustard, 2tsp paprika, 1 1/2 tsp salt, dried thyme,& basil and 1 tsp black pepper,garlic powder, & onion powder. Mix well.
