Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

1 c. All-Purpose Flour1 c. Whole Wheat Flour3/4 c. sugar2 t. Baking Powder1 t. Ground Cinnamon1/2 t. Baking Soda1/2 t. Salt4 Large Eggs, beatenOne 15 oz. can 100% Pure Pumpkin1/2 c. Canola Oil1/4 c. 2% Milk1 c. Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 & lightly oil or spray a 15x10x1 jelly roll pan.
Whisk together all the dry ingredients until well combined.
In a seperate bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, oil, & milk until well blended. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients & stir until just combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into pan & bake for 23 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool. Slice into 2" x 2-1/2" bars.
