Cheesy Chik'n & Black Bean Quesadilla

Ingredients
1/4 cup black beans1/2 cup low fat shredded cheese1 MorningStar Farms Chik'n Griller patty, cooked & diced3 tbsp salsa1 low carb tortilla2 tbsp fat free sour cream
Directions
Mix beans, salsa & diced chik'n patty together. Spread on 1/2 of the tortilla. Top with cheese and fold tortilla over.

Cook until cheese is melty, about 4-5 minutes. You can cook in oven, broiler, stovetop or a sandwich grill/press.

Top with sour cream and enjoy!
