2 C. low sugar pasta sauce1 oz Parmesan Cheese (1/4 C)1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning1 lb chicken breasts (3)2 tsp olive oil2 oz mozzarella cheese 1/2 C.Salt and pepper
S & P chicken. Press into Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning mixture to coat well. Fry in pan till done through. Place in baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Broil until melted. Can serve over pasta.
