Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
3 large eggs1 splash of milk2 oz mozzarella cheese1 slice extra lean ham (cut into small pieces)1 package frozen spinach2 cloves of garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put frozen spinach in microwave safe container and heat 4-5 minutes on high.
While spinach is heating, whisk 3 eggs with splash of milk (and salt and pepper to taste) and pour into a large frying pan sprayed with Pam (or any cooking spray)
When spinach is done, squeeze out excess water and add the ham, mozzarella cheese, and crush (or mince) the garlic into it. Mix well and place back into microwave for 1 minute.
Distribute mixture evenly onto one half of the omelet and fold in half.
Let cook for another 30 seconds or so and dig in.
