2 slices of bacon, chopped4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)1/4 lb. (4oz.) Velveeta 2% Milk Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes2 Tbsp. chicken broth
Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. of drippings.
Add chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165 F).
Meanwhile, combine Velveeta and chicken broth in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until Velveeta is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken, sprinkle with bacon.
