Quick and Easy Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
* Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp * Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) * Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * Parsley, 1 tbsp * Scallions, raw, 1 large * Egg, fresh, 4 large
Directions
Makes 4 1-cup servings.

Combine the oil, soy sauce, parsley, and scallions with the chicken broth in a pot. Bring the broth to a boil. In the meantime, crack the eggs and whisk them. When the broth is boiling, slowly add the egg mixture while stirring briskly. Cook for about 30 seconds more while stirring, then serve. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
