Pumpkin spice walnut muffin

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 can pumpkin puree1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup lowfat milk1 egg1/3 cup chopped walnuts3 Tbsp canola oil1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)1/4 cup brown suar1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a dry mxing bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Fold lightly until halfway, add cranberries and walnuts. Fold untiL mixture is just mixed. Scoop mixture onto a muffin baking sheet, until 3/4 filled. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F. Makes 12 muffins.
