Black Bean Taco Filling

Ingredients
15 oz can Black Beans1.5 cup water1 tsp dried onions.5 pkg dry Good Seasonings Italian Dressing.5 cup instant barley
Directions
Put .5 can of black beans in medium sauce pan. Blend .5 can of black beans in blender. Combine with other black beans. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until barley is completely cooked. Sauce will be think. Add as taco filling with salsa. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
