Directions
2 4oz Tilapia Fillets (torn into pieces)1/2 Cup Yellow Bell Peppers (Chopped)1 Cup Broccoli (Chopped)1/4 Cup of Onions (Chopped)2 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)1/2 Tbsp Garlic & Herb (McCormick Perfect Pitch: SALT FREE)1/2 Tbsp Lemon & Pepper (McCormick Perfect Pitch)2 Tbsp of Olive Oil (I used Extra Virgin)1/4 Cup of Brown, long grain Rice1/4 Cup of Navy Beans1 Tbsp of Garlic & Herb (McCormick Perfect Pitch: SALT FREE)
I used a rice steamer and wok for this recipe.
Boil about 1-2 cups of water, add your beans and rice. Allow to boil for 15 minutes, then add 1 tbsp of garlic & herb seasoning.
While this is cooking, thaw your tilapia and chop your veggies.
When you're beans & rice are mostly cooked:
Add the rest of your seasonings, olive oil, veggies, and fish to a skillet and cook until your tilapia is white, through and through!
Mix both dishes together for yum.
