Crunchy Fish Fillets

Ingredients
2 oz non-fat yogurt1.5 tbsp Whites egg beaters1/4 tsp Spike Seasoning, salt free8 oz of small Ocean Perch Fillets3 oz crushed Corn Flakes (2-1/3 cups)
Directions
Combine yogurt, egg whites and Spike seasoning, mixing well. Thoroughly coat each fillet with this mixture. Then dip into breading of crushed corn flakes) pressing crumbs into fish. Place fillets in a shallow bakng pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until brown on top and crispy.
