Penne Pasta

Ingredients
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.24 cup * Basil, 5 leaves * Olive Oil, 0.32 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces * Garlic, 4 clove * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Barilla Plus Penne (2 oz, 56 grams), 2 oz * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Salt Pepper
Directions
- Cook Pasta according to directions
- Heat oil and cook onions and garlic until onions are transparant
-Add basil, chicken and red peppers
- Cook 2 minutes
- Add chicken broth and hot penne to skillet and toss together until all the ingredients are mixed
-Sprinkle with cheese and Salt and Pepper to taste
