Creamy Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
I had to alter the original recipe to make it gluten free. The original recipe calls for 4 chicken breasts, 1 can condensed chicken soup, and only one 8 oz. package of cream cheese. The original recipe may be better (and healthier if you use a low-fat soup) but I had to put in my list of ingreds. to get the nutritional info for me. Sorry!!4 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix1 can Progresso Creamy Mushroom Soup. 1 - 8oz brick of 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese.
Directions
Add all ingreds. to crock pot. Turn on the low (8 hour) setting. Should be done in only 6 hours! Serve over brown rice.

(duh! note: fat, calories and sodium can be reduced by using less sauce)
