Thai Beef Green Curry

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed)3 tbsp Valcom Green Curry Paste1 lge Onion, sliced500g Round Beef (or other cut) sliced thinly2 cloves Garlic, crushed or chopped250g Fresh or Frozen Mixed Vegetables1 can (270mL) Ayam Coconut CreamSalt to tasteBasil leaves for Garnish
Directions
1. Heat oil in wok or saucepan over medium heat
2. Add onions and garlic and cook lightly
3. Add beef and cook till brown
4. Add curry paste and mix through
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes
6. Add vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes
7. Add coconut cream
8. Bring to a simmer for another 5 minutes
9. Top with basil leaves

Serve with a bowl of steamed rice
