Vegan Banana Buckwheat Bran MMuffins

Ingredients
Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup Buckwheat Flour, 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Banana, fresh, 3 medium Soyogurt Wildwood Probiotic Plain, 1.5 cup Flax Seed Powder Organic tradition Sprouted, 16 tbsp Granulated Sugar, .75 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Directions
Cream together soyogurt, bananas, vanilla and sugar. Mix together all dry ingredients and stir into wet. Spoon into sprayed muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Makes 21 muffins.
