Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey'3/4 cup of bread crumbs1 large egg2 TBSP of Dried onion flakes1/2 cup of jarred red peppers1/4 cup of chopped parsley3 tsp minced garlic1 tsp of salt1 tsp of pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients and form into 12 meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until they register 165 on a meat thermometer.
