Carol's Chicken Mushroom Grape Salad with Walnuts

3 Cups cooked chicken, chopped diced or shredded2 Cups fresh mushrooms, sliced or quartered1 Cup red seedless grapes, ea sliced in half lengthwise1/2 Cup walnuts, chopped1 stalk celery, diced or sliced, I prefer mine finely diced1 medium yellow onion, diced2 tbsp light mayonnaise1 tsp red wine vinegar - I use 2 tsp1 tsp turmericI intentionally don't use salt or pepper in this, enjoying the flavors as-is; as always you can add or subtract seasonings to taste.
Place ingredients in medium mixing bowl and mix well. For best flavor, allow to chill overnight.
