Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour1 t baking powder2 eggs3/4 cup evaporated non fat milk1t each cinnamon, ginger1/2 t nutmeg1/4 t salt1 T honey3 T splenda brown sugar1/2 cup pumpkin1/4 cup safflower oil
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, pumpkin, oil, and sugars. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingrediants. Heat Waffle iron and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Bake according to manufacturers instructions.
