Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or hamburger2 C whole wheat macaroni1 16 oz can Tomato Sauce1 tsp. Onion powder.5 Tbls. Garlic powder1 Tbls. ground oregano 1 tsp. sugar
Directions
cook macaroni as said on package directions.
brown ground turkey on medium heat, add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and sugar. til meat is browned. add tomato sauce. serve over noodles. servings size 2/3 cup meat mixture over 1/2 cup noodles. serves 8
