Ingredients
1.) 1 or 2 tbsp chopped shallots2.) 2 garlic clove, minced3.) 1 tsp soy sauce4.) 0.25g of water5.) dash of salt and dash of black pepper6.) 0.5 cup of chopped onions7.) 1 portabello
Directions
Wash and prepare all the ingredients
Mix water, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a baking dish.
Add and mix in portabella mushrooms, garlic and onions. Let it sit for 5 mins.
Put in oven at 350 for around 7-10mins.
