Banana Bread (sweetened with honey)

Ingredients
2 tbsp. flax seeds, ground1/4 cup water1.5 cups (or 3) ripe bananas3/4 cup honey1/4 cup applesauce1 cup spelt flour (Arrowmills was used)1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. ground cinnamon2 tsp. baking powder1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix bananas, honey, water, flax, and applesauce. Add the dry ingredients slowly.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Cover with foil to prevent over-browning (optional).
350 degrees F oven, and bake for 45 minutes.
