Cauliflower Grits

Ingredients
6 cups cauliflower, steamed, pieces1/2 cup half-and-half1/4 cup 1% milk1 tbsp butter4 slices bacon, crumbled~150 grams shredded cheddarSalt/pepper to taste.
Directions
Steam cauliflower on stovetop or in microwave in approximately 2 cups of boiling water, until very tender.
Drain, add to food processor along with 4 slices of bacon, 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese, half-and-half and milk, and salt/pepper. Process on low speed until almost smooth.
