Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1.5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Hummus, .5 cup (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)*hot bean paste, 1 tsp (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.20 cup (remove)
Directions
cook the quinoa (add equal parts hot water until reconstituted)
mix all ingredients together, shape into patties.
fry in a little oil, until done
enjoy
