Barbecue Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 bag Potato Express Diced Redskin Potatoes (Or, 1 lb. diced cooked redskin potatoes)6 T. light mayonnaise1 hard boiled egg, chopped4 T. Chris & Pitt's Hickory BBQ Sauce1/3 c. onion, dicedI packet ranch dressing mix
Directions
Combine all ingredients. For best flavor let it sit for a few hours before serving.
Note: I didn't have the package anymore for the Ranch dressing mix and was unable to find the nutritional information for it. However, the calories and fat added should be negligible. This can also be omitted to just make BBQ Potato Salad.
