1 1/8 c. water4 1/2 c. white flour2 Tbs. gluten flour1 Tbs. sugar1 1/2 tsp. salt2 Tbs. butter1 1/4 c. cheddar cheese shredded1/3 c. red onion, minced1 1/2 Tbs. dried tomato - not packed in oil, minced2 tsp. active dry yeast

Bread flour can be used instead of white flour and gluten flour.
