Beef Coleslaw

Ingredients
8 cups Coleslaw Mix14 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef (94/6)2 T. Kikoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce1/4 to 1/3 cup Onions, raw, chopped4 t. Garlic, minced2 t. fresh Ginger
Directions
Cook beef. Add onions, garlic, and ginger, continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes. Add Coleslaw mix and Soy Sauce. You may have to add some water too. Cook on med-low for 10 minutes or until the coleslaw is cooked.
