4 4oz.. tilapia filets2 tbsp. butter, unsalted1/3 cup almonds, sliced and unsalted2 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. lemon zestsalt to taste (if desired)
Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray generously. Place tilapia in the heated pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tilapia flakes with a fork. Remove from heat.
Combine the remaining ingredients, cooking for 5 minutes melting the butter. Pour over tilapia.
Serve.
