Directions
Pressure cook toor daal , on a pan add oil , mustard seeds and cumin , green chillies , after the mustard seeds splutter
add garlic and chopped spinach and tomato. Once the spinach and tomato are cooked add the pressure cooked daal. Cook till a layer forms.
