Ingredients
* Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped * Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup chopped * Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * *Potato, raw, chopped 3 medium * Chicken Broth, 2 cup * Water, tap, 3 cup * Scallions, raw, chopped, 3 medium * Garlic, 1 tsp * *Onion powder, .5 tsp * Salt, 1.5 tsp
Directions
cook all ingredients in broth and water about 1 hour or until very tender. Cool. Blend in blender. Serve warm. 6 servings.

    This is pretty good for a broccoli cauliflower soup that doesn't have cheese in it, but I admit I prefer recipes that include the cheese. Since I'd already had enough fat for the day, this was a good alternative. - 1/13/11
