Instant Pumpkin Pie in a Bowl (for breakfast!)

Ingredients
Directions
1 packet instant oatmeal1/2 c canned pumpkin1/4 c liquid egg whites3 dashes pumpkin pie spice1/4 apple chopped fine1T Cinnamon Vanilla Creamer (liquid)
Put first 4 ingrediants in a bowl & microwave for about 3 min., stirring half way. Add apple & let sit for 1 min. Drizzle with creamer. Enjoy!
If you like sweeter oatmeal add no calorie sweetner of your choice before cooking. Another thing I like to do is leave out the spices & add no sugar added apple butter (about 40 cal per tablespoon). This does make a firm oatmeal, for thinner oatmeal stir in hot water, cider, milk, etc after cooking.
