These were the best enchiladas I have ever made. Added chopped jalapenos to chicken mixture for a little kick. - 3/29/11

Everytime I make this I get rave reviews. It is the dish I turn to for potlucks at work and at church (it gives me something I know that I can eat without guilt). It has become a family favorite. A must try. - 12/16/09
