Ingredients
3 zuchinni-chopped into small pieces4 yellow squash-chopped4 red and green sweet peppersmustard seedsred dried chillies
Directions
Wash and cut the vegetables.Then,in a saucepan,heat about 1 tbsp of olive oil pop the black mustard seeds and chillis(dried).Then add all the vegetables-add the following spices-a pinch of turmeric powder,chilli powder,and cumin powder.Add salt to taste.Sautee till cooked.enjoy!
