Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ouncesKC Masterpiece Steak Seasoning, 2 tspBalsamic Vinegar, 3-5 tablespoon (enough to cover chicken)(This is a versatile recipe and you don't need to measure. You can eyeball it.)
Tenderize meat with a mallet until chicken is 1/4-1/2 inch in thickness. (This will maximize flavor by increasing the surface area). Sprinkle steak seasoning over the flattened chicken on both sides. (You can use your favorite steak seasoning if you like.) Pour balsamic vinegar over chicken and marinate for 10 minutes. (You can marinate it for longer but you really don't need to.) Prepare in a non-stick skillet on medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Make sure you reach proper meat temperatures and it has been cooked thoroughly. Enjoy.
