Spicy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1.2 lbs lean ground turkey (97/3)1/2 cup chopped onion2 TBL fat free vanilla yogurt1.5 tsp hot pepper sauce1/2 tsp salt1 clove garlic, minced1 TBL snipped fresh dill if available
Directions
Combine onion, yogurt, dill (if available), hot pepper sauce, salt & garlic. Crumble turkey over mixture; mix well.

Shape into 5 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 6-8 mins on each side or until no longer pink.
